The culinary attitude of the exclusive Tre Bicchieri restaurant comes from the ‘inclusive” nature of the dining experience defined by the three owner-creators as Chef, Sommelier and Maitre d’. The restaurant was designed to reinforce the culinary experience by creating a diverse series of rooms where diners begin with an apéritif at the bar or lounge, move to the dining room or VIP dining area for the main meal and conclude with a digestif in the enclosed wood paneled grappa room. The three owner/operators are architecturally embodied into the space by a series of curmaru wood trellises that wrap the interior volume to filter the direct natural light and the views in from the exterior and services areas.
